Develop Abundance Secrets FAQ’s
Abundance is a state of mind that leads to physical, emotional, mental and spiritual benefits. To develop abundance, therefore, is as much an internal process as it is an external one. It requires self reflection and honesty for people to heal their lives and attract the best possible opportunities, people and situations into their experience. Sometimes this process can be very challenging but the benefits are enormous.
If it seems like you’re always unhappy about some part of your life, that’s a clue your life is lacking in abundance. Abundance is about much more than money and possessions. Many people have more than they need in those areas, yet they don’t know how to be happy. Everyone has heard stories of the lonely old rich man who only wanted one true friend or love. For them, it wasn’t about the ’stuff,’ and abundance never is about that. Lots of wealthy people are sad, lonely, worried, and miserable.
In order to develop abundance you have to change your approach to life. It’s all about considering things in a different way. It’s about learning to look at everything in a much more positive light, about seeing the good rather than the bad. If you sense the opportunities that abound in all situations, then you have it within yourself to change your life and to find abundance.
Our world is filled with abundance, but many people never experience feeling that abundance. In order to experience it, you have to be open to receiving abundance. But if you have hatred, unforgiveness, worries, shame, anxiety, anger, and similar emotions, you are blocked by that negativity, and you can’t receive abundance. You can’t even recognize it because you have been blinded by your own negativity.
Anyone who is serious about developing abundance also needs to be serious about facing and overcoming their personal demons. An unfortunate truth is that victims in this world often continue to be victimised. The reason for this is that when people experience negative events or trauma, they also experience a range of feelings and develop beliefs about themselves that can cause them to get stuck in a cycle. This is why the ability to forgive and let go of past pain and grievances is essential to living a truly abundant life.
You can’t separate you own internal changes and development from the process leading to a life of abundance. First, you must take a good, hard look at your current life, your beliefs, and the thought patterns that dominate your mind. Only then can you set goals and work to develop and heal so you can become receptive to abundance.
While changing how you think and feel will not come easily, you don’t have to do it alone. Modern therapies can help, from EFT or applied kinesiology (energy therapies) to cognitive behavior therapy; but you need to commit to doing what is required for as long as necessary to change your life. A large part of attracting abundance starts inside you.
However, developing abundance is not all about dealing with internal issues. Focussed action is also necessary. By setting goals and creating an action plan to achieve them, people can move from where they are now to where they want to be.
Developing abundance requires a combination of introspection (leading to personal change) and action. Often goal directed individuals are good at setting and achieving certain goals but they still don’t live an abundant life because they are not living in harmony with their beliefs and values. Alternatively, their beliefs and values may not engender harmony. True abundance requires a holistic approach to life.
Developing abundance in your life will enrich not only your life, but the lives of others as well. In developing abundance we grow our appreciation of everything and everyone around us. We become part of the abundance of our universe and enable others to start their own journey on the road to an abundant life.
