you know i think …
you know i think this works. i have only had to sleep 4 hrs a night for the past 2 days, and i’m expecting to feel tired, but i don’t yawn or anything. seems like it had that dozen cups of coffee effect on me.

So no flashing …
So no flashing lights, no focal point, I had a headache at first but then I felt sick to my stomache (like ready to throw up!!) then I started feeling better and now I’m feeling pretty good. I felt horrible at first..

in my opinion it’s …
in my opinion it’s mostly a placebo effect, although I can see how it would work, but I wouldn’t accept it as a100% truth until there’s more of a study done on it.
